Job summary

Blue Origin LLC in the Greater Seattle Area seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer for the Avionics Center of Excellence. You will lead a multidisciplinary team to design, develop, and verify high‑performance avionics hardware for flight vehicles, driving requirements, modeling, and test.

The role requires a BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Physics, 10+ years in complex hardware design, and Altium expertise; MS and 15+ years are preferred. Relocation provided; U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• 10+ proven years experience in the design of complex hardware.
• Skilled Altium user.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver avionics hardware subsystems and development kits.
• Design, develop, and verify high-performance avionics hardware for flight vehicles.
• Drive requirements definition, modeling, analysis, design, fabrication, and test of flight and power management components.
• Collaborate with program leads to ensure robust, manufacturable designs.
