Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation seeks a Technical Trainer III to lead development, design, and delivery of comprehensive training for internal and external customers. The role involves on-site and remote client support, advising on training materials and aligning programs with product objectives.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in technical training, strong e-learning skills, and a Secret US security clearance. Collaboration with engineering and program teams is essential to ensure impactful training

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in aviation technology, engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
• 4+ years in technical training or related field.
• Advanced skill with e‑learning tools and LMS.
• Strong verbal and technical written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across disciplines.
• Knowledge of FAA Part 145, DCMA, AS9100, OSHA.
• Experience with PLM, MES, Tracking+ systems.
• Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor new team members on key systems (PLM, MES, Tracking+).
• Instruct on compliance with FAA, DCMA, AS9100, OSHA rules, FOPs/GOPs.
• Provide instruction on digital tools (eDR, SNC Chat, OneSNC.ai, MS Office).
• Support staff in locating resources (ORC, AMM).
• Ensure training aligns with product and program objectives.
• Maintain training records and regulatory compliance.
