Job summary

Parsons is seeking an amazingly talented Scheduler to join our team. This role focuses on creating and implementing CPM Baseline Schedules using Primavera P6, coordinating subprojects into a master schedule, and monitoring program milestones to support government projects.

With a Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of Primavera P6 experience in complex construction and related fields, you will analyze contractor schedules and advise on revisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience using Primavera P6 creating and implementing new vertical construction, renovation, medical facility, pharmaceutical, and heavy-highway type of construction.

Responsibilities

• Creating and implementing Critical Path Method (CPM) Baseline Schedule with Primavera P6 (or more current version)
• Updates monthly construction schedule with narratives and progress analysis
• Coordinates the various subprojects into a master schedule; maintains and monitors program and project level CPM
• Monitors program milestones and interdependencies between sub projects, identifying the critical path and suggesting alternatives.
• Analyzes contractor schedules and advises government on acceptability of schedule revisions. Analysis may include Time Impact Analysis for REA or claim.
