ST Engineering Pensacola Aerospace is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex aircraft maintenance and modification programs at the Pensacola International Airport. You will own project execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and delivering aircraft on schedule while managing resources and ensuring quality across all work streams.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing to subordinates, colleagues, and external agencies.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills to drive projects to on-time completion.
• Experience supervising or leading maintenance teams on complex aircraft programs.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage assigned aircraft projects to meet airworthiness and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Repair Station, FAA, and customer on schedules, resources, and priorities.
• Interface with customer representatives and prepare status meetings with internal teams.
