Ardurra seeks a Senior-Level Marketing Coordinator to join our National Aviation Marketing team. This full-time role offers creative freedom and benefits, with required proposal writing, editing, and proofreading skills, plus the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Based in the Dallas area with possible remote/hybrid work, you will coordinate RFPs, produce marketing collateral, create client presentations, and support staff across multiple projects while upholding Ardurra's reputation

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Marketing within the A/E/C industry
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects

Aufgaben

• Coordinate the production of multiple RFPs/Proposals under deadlines
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines proactively
• Write content and marketing collateral for internal and external projects
• Create PowerPoint presentations and graphics for pursuits and client presentations
• Coach technical staff on communication, writing, and presentation
• Maintain CRM data and subconsultant coordination as needed
• Ensure timely production and quality of marketing communications
