Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) is seeking a General Manager to oversee the operations of all departments at the Seattle station. You will manage the station budget and provide leadership for the management team in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Ideal candidates have at least five years of progressive aviation management experience, strong customer service and ground handling knowledge, and a bachelor's degree in Business or related field.

Qualifications

• Five years of progressive aviation management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field or equivalent.
• FAA regulations familiarity and OSHA knowledge.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all station operations including ramp, cabin cleaning, GSE maintenance, and customer service.
• Manage the station budget and ensure timely, accurate billing.
• Direct managers and staff; optimize staffing for all operations.
• Maintain relationships with customers and respond promptly to service requests.
• Assist recruiting and oversee training and development of team members.
• Enforce AGI safety regulations and company policies.
• Identify opportunities to grow the business.
