Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) seeks a General Manager to oversee all station operations, including ramp, cabin cleaning, GSE maintenance, and customer service. You will manage the station budget, lead management staff, and ensure staffing and quality of service.

Ideal candidates have at least five years of progressive aviation management experience, including customer service and ground handling for wide-body and narrow-body aircraft.

Qualifications

• Five years of progressive aviation management experience, including customer service and ground handling for wide-body and narrow-body aircraft.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• US work authorization and ramp and SIDA training as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all station operations (ramp, cabin cleaning, GSE maintenance, customer service).
• Manage station budget and ensure timely billing; direct managers and staff; ensure staffing sufficiency.
• Maintain relationships with customers and respond to service requests; assist recruiting and training.
• Enforce safety regulations and pursue future business opportunities.
