Job summary

Invenergy LLC, North America's largest privately held developer, owner, and operator of power infrastructure, seeks an experienced OT analytics engineer to manage AVEVA PI environments and lead data integrations for large-scale energy projects.

Responsibilities include configuring data collection from OT sources, maintaining PI components, and developing automation with Python, PowerShell, and .NET to improve reliability and data availability.

Qualifications

• Five+ years administering enterprise-scale AVEVA PI environments including Data Archives, PI Collectives, AF, Interfaces, Connectors, AVEVA Connect, PI Web API, PI Vision.
• Understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts and troubleshooting communication issues.
• Proficiency with programming/scripting languages such as .NET, PowerShell, and Python.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for OT systems with focus on AVEVA PI System and data integrations.
• Configure and maintain data collection into AVEVA PI System from OT platforms (SCADA, DCS, RTUs, PLCs).
• Investigate and integrate complex OT systems with AVEVA PI System.
• Lead efforts to improve PI System architecture, data integrations, and platform reliability.
• Develop automation for system maintenance and telemetry feeds using Python, PowerShell, and .NET.
