Job summary

Invenergy, a leading North American energy company, seeks an experienced OT data specialist to administer and optimize the AVEVA PI System across enterprise-scale environments. You will configure data collection from SCADA, DCS, RTUs and PLCs, maintain AF and PI Vision, and develop automation in Python, PowerShell, and .NET to support reliability and data availability.

Qualifications

• Five or more years administering enterprise-scale AVEVA PI environments.
• Understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with .NET, PowerShell, and Python.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for OT systems, focusing on AVEVA PI System and data integrations.
• Configure and maintain data collection from OT platforms into the PI System.
• Lead efforts to improve PI System architecture and reliability.
• Coordinate with IT for infrastructure upgrades and maintenance.
• Develop automation for maintenance and telemetry feeds using Python, PowerShell, and .NET.
