Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years of audiovisual and unified communications experience.
- Proficiency with conferencing platforms (Webex, Zoom, Teams, Meet).
- Experience with room-based systems (Cisco TelePresence, Room Series, DTEN, Zoom Rooms, MS Teams Rooms).
- Knowledge of AV networking (IP-based AV, video over IP, audio networking).
- Experience with inventory, procurement workflows and BOMs.
Responsibilities
- Lead AV project builds from requirements to handoff.
- Conduct site surveys and assess room requirements.
- Develop and manage project timelines and milestones.
- Review AV design packages and bills of materials.
- Coordinate installation with contractors and vendors.
- Provide hands-on support for conferences and events.
- Coordinate setups for live and hybrid events.
- Partner with Engineering, Facilities and IT; act as escalation point.
