Job summary

Fantasy Springs Resort is seeking an experienced Audio-Visual Technician to install and maintain media equipment across casino and entertainment venues. You will set up projectors, screens, TVs, cameras, speakers, and control systems, and support events to ensure smooth operation.

Requirements include 5–7 years in AV roles, strong knowledge of teleconferencing, AV hardware, and the ability to read manuals and work under pressure. A technical certification or associate degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in AV roles.
• Strong knowledge of teleconferencing, presentation, and AV hardware.
• Ability to read technical manuals and OEM guides.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and independently.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, test, troubleshoot, or program AV systems.
• Oversee operations and maintenance of systems in entertainment venues.
• Coordinate with departments and guests to meet AV needs and ensure events run smoothly.
• Site certification of video conference systems.
• Perform regular checks and maintenance on all equipment.
