Job summary

Pechanga Resort Casino IT Technical Services is seeking a Senior Audio Visual Support Technician to lead AV setup/strike and maintain AV hardware. The role involves designing and retrofitting AV systems, testing equipment, and staying current with emerging AV technologies.

The candidate will troubleshoot, support internal PRC events including audio and video production, and ensure high standards of IT/AV housekeeping.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years related AV experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Lead setup/strike of AV equipment for internal events.
• Install and configure Crestron, Extron, BSS systems; test and commission.
• Interpret wiring schematics and CAD/Visio drawings.
• Troubleshoot AV systems and implement system changes.
• Assist with audio/video productions and room setups.
• Maintain housekeeping of IT and AV equipment and rooms.
• Be available for off-hours emergencies and after-hours support.
