Job summary

Agua Caliente Rancho Mirage seeks an Entertainment Technician to set up and operate concert AV equipment across venues. You will assist with load-in/out, assemble staging and lighting rigs, and manage on-site technical coordination for events.

Required is a minimum of 2 years AV experience, knowledge of lighting and audio/video systems, and the ability to work in a fast-paced casino environment. On-call shifts and travel within venues may occur.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2 years AV experience and/or training.
• Experience with concert lighting and AV distribution systems.
• Basic electrical knowledge and safety awareness.
• Forklift and scissor lift operation training/licensing.
• Strong organizational and cross‑department collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist load-in and load-out of equipment for events.
• Set up audio, lighting, video, and related systems as required.
• Program and operate concert lighting and AV distribution equipment.
• Assist with risers, staging, and truss setup for performances.
• Maintain inventory and protect company assets.
• Coordinate setup/removal times with involved departments.
• Ensure event orders are completed on time and safely.
