Job summary

San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission is seeking an experienced Audio/Visual Technician to set up and operate a wide range of A/V equipment for meetings and events. You will maintain gear, support digital signage, and collaborate with vendors to resolve issues and ensure seamless presentations.

The role requires at least two years of AV experience, knowledge of signage software, and strong communication to support both internal clients and executives.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of audio-visual experience required.
• Experience with projectors, microphones, speakers, and displays.
• Familiarity with digital signage software is preferred.
• Strong communication skills for non-technical users and executives.

Responsibilities

• Set up, test and operate AV equipment for onsite meetings and events.
• Maintain and repair equipment; coordinate with service vendors as needed.
• Transport and install AV gear for events at multiple locations.
• Operate digital signage and audio software to meet enterprise needs.
• Provide PC and peripheral support as required.
• Document troubleshooting steps in the knowledge base.
• Travel between San Manuel and tribal locations as needed.
• Occasional evening, weekend or holiday shifts.
