Daisy in Kalamazoo is seeking a Senior Service Technician to be the primary point of contact for clients, keeping smart space systems running flawlessly across job sites.

We require a minimum of 3 years of hands-on Audio Video experience, with networking and control systems familiarity; a valid driver’s license is a must. Control4 certification is preferred. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of direct Audio Video (AV) experience required.
• Experience with networking, control systems, and technology integration preferred.
• Control4 Certification is preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients, building relationships and guiding AV system optimization, repair, and upgrades.
• Perform assessments, testing, and maintenance of AV, networking, control systems, and security equipment.
• Identify, quote, and manage necessary repairs or upgrades with timely resolution.
• Document all service activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and trade teams to ensure cohesive delivery.
• Manage a dedicated client book and report results to leadership.
