Job summary

Vision Technologies seeks an experienced AV Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and closeout of integrated AV projects for enterprise environments in Chantilly, VA. You will drive budgets, schedules, stakeholder alignment, and risk management to ensure successful installations and customer acceptance.

Responsibilities cover scope ownership, coordination of engineering, field teams, and vendors, plus ensuring safety, quality, and profitability throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of AV system integration experience with complex projects.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and teams.
• Strong knowledge of AV design, signal flow, commissioning, and testing.
• Hands-on with enterprise AV tech and interoperability assessment.

Responsibilities

• Own scope, budgets, schedules, and deliverables across multiple AV projects.
• Lead kickoff and coordinate engineering, field teams, vendors, and customers.
• Assess drawings, equipment, plans, and risks; escalate when needed.
• Manage labor, procurement, lead times, and site readiness with IT teams.
• Track costs and margins; document changes and approvals.
• Document assumptions and mitigation plans in ambiguous conditions.
• Elevate issues with options and deadlines to leadership.
• Maintain records, logs, schedules, and status reports across projects.
• Oversee installation, testing, training, acceptance, and transition to support.
• Communicate progress and risks clearly; ensure safety and quality.
