Job summary

Omnicom seeks an AV Systems Support Lead to manage video conferencing, events, and presentations across the agency. You will be the primary contact for executive meetings, rehearsals, and on-site AV operations, ensuring smooth technical delivery and proactive issue handling.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, clear communication, and the ability to train users while coordinating with security and vendors.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on AV support in a professional environment.
• Strong knowledge of AV signal flow, Webex and Microsoft Teams.
• Solid networking fundamentals: firewalls, routing, VLANs, VPNs, wireless (802.11).
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain AV equipment across offices.
• Provide immediate support for meetings, conferences, and presentations.
• Schedule and test Webex meetings with hosts/presenters.
• Prepare and test equipment for events and guest speakers.
• Create and distribute user guides and documentation for AV use.
