Job summary

Siri InfoSolutions Inc in New York City is seeking an experienced AV Engineer to design and deploy AV and collaboration systems for business units, including Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, and PexIP interoperability gateways.

You will implement AV-over-IP, manage end-to-end deployments, coordinate with IT and facilities, provide Tier 2/3 support, and mentor staff while staying current with industry standards and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AV engineering, collaboration infrastructure, or enterprise tech project delivery.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, PexIP interoperability.
• Experience with AV-over-IP and networking fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AV and collaboration systems for business units, including Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), Zoom Rooms, and PexIP/CVI interoperability gateways.
• Support project rollouts for new conference rooms, huddle spaces, event areas, and hybrid collaboration setups.
• Configure and maintain HP/Poly conferencing systems (G7500, Studio X, RealPresence, Trio) and Barco ClickShare devices.
• Integrate AV-over-IP, NDI, Dante, VLANs, QoS, and other networking principles into enterprise AV ecosystems.
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support during project deployments, ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Partner with business units to understand requirements and deliver AV/collaboration solutions tailored to their needs.
• Manage end-to-end project deployments, including planning, implementation, testing, and handover to operations teams.
• Coordinate vendor resources and oversee installation, commissioning, and acceptance testing of AV systems.
