Job summary

Acestack is seeking an AV Engineer in NYC to design and deploy advanced AV and collaboration systems for business units, including Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, and PexIP gateways.

You will support project rollouts for conference rooms and hybrid environments, configure G7500, Studio X, RealPresence, Trio, and Barco ClickShare devices, and ensure secure, scalable deployments with IT collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AV engineering or related enterprise technology delivery.
• Experience designing and implementing AV/collaboration for hybrid environments.
• Proficiency with MS Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, and PexIP interoperability.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AV and collaboration systems for business units, including Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, and PexIP interoperability gateways.
• Support project rollouts for conference rooms, huddle spaces, event areas, and hybrid collaboration setups.
• Configure and maintain conferencing systems (G7500, Studio X, RealPresence, Trio) and Barco ClickShare devices.
• Integrate AV-over-IP, NDI, Dante, VLANs, QoS into enterprise AV ecosystems.
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support during deployments with timely resolution.
• Coordinate vendor resources and oversee installation, commissioning, and acceptance testing.
• Track and report project progress, risks, and dependencies to leadership.
