Security 101 seeks a Senior AV Solutions Consultant in Dallas to drive new business and expand existing client relationships by delivering commercial AV solutions. You will work with account executives, leadership, engineering, and operations to craft designs that improve collaboration, situational awareness, and operational performance.

Five or more years in AV sales and CTS (preferred) will help you lead opportunities, negotiate complex deals, and grow Security 101's national AV practice with

Qualifications

• Five or more years of commercial AV sales experience.
• Strong consultative sales, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of commercial construction, specifications, and bid processes.
• CTS certification preferred.
• Strong business development and prospecting skills.
• Ability to negotiate and close complex opportunities while maintaining profitability objectives.
• Proficiency using CRM platforms and sales forecasting tools.

Responsabilités

• Develop new commercial AV business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Conduct customer discovery meetings, site surveys, and needs assessments.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop complete system designs and proposals.
• Present, negotiate, and close proposals while maintaining company profitability objectives.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM tools.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, manufacturer representatives, and end users.
• Develop AV solutions across control rooms, security operations centers, emergency operations centers, real-time crime centers, boardrooms, conference rooms, training facilities, auditoriums, direct-view LED, video walls, AV over IP, unified communications, digital signage, and enterprise collaboration technologies.
