Conference Technologies is seeking an AV Service Specialist for our Milwaukee, WI area. You will troubleshoot and repair AV systems across a variety of spaces, handling displays, audio, video, and room-control platforms. The role emphasizes customer service and problem-solving in a fast-paced AV integration environment.

Minimum 4 years in commercial AV installations; an associate degree is preferred though not required. Strong communication and independent work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience with commercial AV integration installations.
• Associate degree preferred but not required; experience considered.
• Customer service experience is essential and must be demonstrated.
• Candidates should be motivated, reliable, and quick to learn.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer service calls for installed AV systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and configuration issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with Programmers to load updated files.
• Provide customer-facing support and maintain documentation & tickets.
• Take on additional tasks as needed to support clients.
