Job summary

TSI Global Companies, LLC is seeking a Project Manager II to independently manage commercial AV, Electronic Security, and Low Voltage projects from award through closeout. You will oversee schedules, budgets, procurement, subcontractors, client communication, and billing while coordinating with Operations, Engineering, Sales, Purchasing, Service, and field leadership to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial AV, Electronic Security, Low Voltage, construction, or technology integration.
• Experience coordinating field labor, subcontractors, procurement, schedules, and competing project priorities.
• Working knowledge of commercial construction, contract administration, scheduling, billing, and project delivery.
• Strong financial, organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple AV, security, and integrated technology projects from award through final closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, staffing needs, and risk logs.
• Lead internal kickoff meetings, client progress meetings, and routine project status updates.
• Review project scope, estimates, contracts, drawings, and specifications to confirm requirements and identify gaps.
• Coordinate the transition of assigned projects from Sales and Engineering into Operations.
• Confirm materials, drawings, site access, subcontractors, permits, and other prerequisites are in place before field work begins.
• Track project progress, document issues, and implement recovery actions with support from senior leadership as appropriate.
• Coordinate commissioning, customer acceptance, closeout documentation, final billing, and warranty turnover.
