Job summary

i2G Systems specializes in advanced physical electronic security and life safety solutions. We are seeking a Security Project Manager to lead a team of technicians and subcontractors installing ACS, IDS, CCTV, intercom and other low voltage systems for clients in Northern Virginia.

You will coordinate multiple projects with engineering, sales, and staff, owning execution and ensuring robust communication with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years with electronic security systems.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Experience managing subcontractors.
• Strong communication with customers and team.
• Ability to read security drawings and understand electrical/civil drawings.
• Background check required.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Experience with scheduling software (MS Project/SimPro/Smartsheets).
• Certifications in Lenel/Axis/Verint preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians and subcontractors on multiple projects.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and report status, schedule updates and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with engineering, sales and technical staff to meet stakeholder expectations.
• Maintain project equipment inventory and red-line drawings.
• Assist with proposals as needed.
