Job summary

i2G Systems is seeking a Security Project Manager to lead a team of security technicians and subcontractors installing ACS, IDS, CCTV, intercom and other low voltage systems for clients in Northern Virginia.

The Project Manager will coordinate multiple projects with input from engineering, sales, and technical staff, take ownership of project delivery, and communicate status, risk mitigation steps, changes, and material needs throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in electronic security systems field.
• Background check required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Familiarity with Lenel, Verint, Axis, Commend, Fire systems, and/or DMP is a plus.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of security technicians and subcontractors.
• Coordinate multiple projects with engineering, sales, and staff.
• Ensure stakeholder expectations are met through robust communication.
• Read and interpret security system drawings and related electrical/civil drawings.
• Manage integration engineers who program access control, intrusion, and CCTV systems.
• Maintain equipment inventory, red-line drawings, and quality.
• Assist with creating proposals as needed.
