Meeting Tomorrow, Inc. is seeking an Event Project Manager to oversee a high volume of AV production projects for corporate events nationwide.

You’ll serve as the face of MT, manage client goals, coordinate vendors and internal teams, and ensure every event aligns with the client’s vision from kickoff to final invoice. This role requires 10–15% onsite travel, excellent communication, organization under tight deadlines, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of event experience in agencies or high-touch environments.
• Ability to manage a high-volume, detail-rich project load.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple events, including scope, timelines and budgets.
• Lead client communications and coordinate internal teams, venues and vendors.
• Travel to client sites (approx. 10–15%).
• Guide clients from first call to final invoice and ensure satisfaction.
