In this role, you will be responsible for the full project lifecycle—from initial engineering review and kickoff through installation, testing, and client handover. You will balance time between our local office, remote work, and occasional job-site visits to ensure all projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and documented meticulously using HubSpot and Google Workspace.

Scheduling & Resource Allocation: Coordinate engineering, procurement, field technicians, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are hit efficiently.
Documentation & System Tracking: Maintain meticulous project records, field notes, schedules, budget updates, and client communications within HubSpot and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar).
Site Coordination & Quality Control: Perform regional and national site visits to oversee project progress, conduct quality control checks, ensure safety protocols, and manage technical commissioning.
Budget & Financial Oversight: Track project labor, material costs, change orders, and profit margins to keep every project financially on target.
Communication & Risk Management: Proactively identify potential delays, technical conflicts, or supply chain bottlenecks and resolve them before they impact delivery timelines.
Regional Travel (Up to 25%): Occasional day/overnight trips to project sites across the Mid-Atlantic region (DC, Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey).
National Travel (~10%): Minimal nationwide travel to kick off major projects, perform final commissioning, or attend client meetings.
AV Industry Experience: Minimum 3 years of direct project management experience leading large-scale commercial AV installation projects ($1M–$3M+ total project scope).
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of commercial AV system architectures (Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS, Biamp, Zoom/Teams Rooms, video walls, digital signage, and AV-over-IP networks).
Software Skills:
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs).
Experience utilizing HubSpot (or equivalent CRM/PM tools) for workflow tracking and client communication.
Attributes: High urgency, exceptional organizational ability, meticulous attention to detail, and top-tier verbal/written communication skills.
Driving Record: Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
