Job summary

CTI in Minneapolis, MN is seeking an AV Project Manager who embodies our mission to provide a fantastic customer experience. You are a self-starter, highly organized, and ready to manage all aspects of AV integration projects from kickoff to completion across multiple sites.

You will liaise between clients and technical teams, control timelines and budgets, mentor teams, and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• A/V Install and Project Management: At least 5 years.
• Education: Associates degree is preferred, but not required.
• Customer Service Experience: A must! Our customers are #1.
• Attitude and Aptitude: Key—eager to learn and tackle situations.
• Communication: Very important for working with clients and departments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and technical operations staff.
• Manage project timelines, specifications, and budgets while ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead and motivate project teams, oversee training and performance, and delegate tasks effectively.
• Support national account projects and coordination.
• Oversee multiple job sites across various locations simultaneously.
• Assist AV installation teams with project execution, including installation, programming, and punch list completion.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support project success.
