Job summary

Comprehensive Technologies International (CTI) in Minneapolis, MN is seeking an Audio Visual Project Manager to lead AV integration projects from kickoff to handover. You will coordinate with clients and our technical operations team to ensure timelines, specifications, and budgets are met while delivering a superb customer experience.

The role requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple sites and teams.

Qualifications

• A/V install and project management experience of 5+ years.
• Knowledge of AV industry and main POC for clients and employees during implementation.
• Associate degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and technical operations staff
• Manage project timelines, specifications, and budgets while ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead and motivate project teams, oversee training and performance, and delegate tasks effectively
• Support national account projects and coordination
• Oversee multiple job sites across various locations simultaneously
• Assist AV installation teams with project execution, including installation, programming, and punch list completion
• Perform other duties as assigned to support project success
