Job summary

ePlus inc. is seeking an AV Programmer to deliver collaborative AV systems for customers across the New York area. The role requires hands-on programming, integration, and commissioning of AV solutions with Extron, Crestron, QSC and other vendors in dynamic client environments.

The position involves coordinating with project managers, installing and wiring equipment, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. Travel is expected; knowledge of Teams/Zoom is beneficial and CTS is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Audio/Visual programming experience.
• CTS required; CTS-I preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical resource on the Professional Services Collaboration systems delivery team.
• Communicate clearly with customers, coworkers and project stakeholders.
• Report job conditions and work completed to Project Manager daily.
• Closeout and document completed projects and provide deliverables to the Project Manager.
• Maintain and procure materials required for onsite installation.
• Meet installation deadlines as directed by Project Manager.
• Travel as needed.
