Job summary

NDS Integration is seeking an experienced AV Systems Programmer to design, program, install and maintain Crestron and Q-SYS based systems for a variety of clients. This role emphasizes reliability and seamless integration.

You will lead projects, mentor junior technicians, and collaborate with installation teams to ensure on-time delivery and high quality results. A strong background in control systems and customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on AV programming and installation with Crestron and Q-SYS.
• Proficiency in Crestron Simpl Windows and Q-SYS Designer.
• Strong leadership and mentoring experience.
• Crestron CCP or Q-SYS Level 2 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and program control systems using Crestron and Q-SYS platforms.
• Customize user interfaces and automation sequences per client specs.
• Test, troubleshoot, and optimize systems for performance and scalability.
• Provide technical guidance to installation teams and mentor junior technicians.
