Job summary

NCC in Alexandria, VA is seeking an AV Systems Programmer onsite to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain custom AV control system programming for corporate environments. You will work with Crestron and Extron platforms, develop touchscreen interfaces, and integrate AV components across the enterprise.

You should have at least five years of hands-on experience with enterprise AV, strong Crestron knowledge, Cisco endpoints, Webex, and Q-SYS, plus ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical field.
• Crestron Certified Programmer certification.
• Q-SYST Level 1/2 training or certification.
• Advanced Q-SYST control programming or scripting experience.
• Cisco collaboration endpoint training or certification.

Responsibilities

• Independently design, develop, write, test, deploy, and maintain custom AV control system programming from scratch.
• Develop programming solutions using Crestron and/or Extron control system platforms with scripting environments.
• Design and implement custom touchscreen interfaces, control logic, and system integration functionality.
• Program and integrate AV components including displays, audio processors, and conference codecs.
• Develop and maintain control system integrations using TCP/IP, serial, APIs, and other protocols.
• Configure and troubleshoot Q-SYS audio, video, and control systems across the enterprise AV infrastructure.
• Utilize Q-SYS Designer and Core processors for design, testing, and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing AV programming and system performance.
