Job summary

ePlus inc. in Rochester, NY is seeking an experienced AV Programmer to design and implement collaborative AV systems for customers. The role requires hands-on programming, integration, and onsite installation oversight.

You will work with Extron, Crestron, QSC, Cisco, Logitech, HP Poly devices, and DSP platforms, coordinating with teams and customers to meet schedules and performance goals. Travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Audio/Visual programming experience.
• Experience with control programming on Extron, Crestron, QSC, Cisco.
• DSP programming experience with QSC/Biamp/Shure.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams and Zoom in AV environments.
• IP configuration of AV devices and network terminations.
• Ability to read AV schematics and build from them.
• Proficient in signaling standards (HDMI, etc.) and display/audio hardware.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical resource on the Professional Services Collaboration systems delivery team.
• Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers and project stakeholders.
• Report work status to Project Manager daily.
• Close out projects and deliver required documents to the project manager.
• Procure materials and manage on-site installation logistics.
• Meet installation deadlines as directed by the Project Manager.
• Travel as required to client sites and projects.
• Lead projects and mentor team members as needed.
