Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise AV, UC, or collaboration tech roles managing multi-site deployments.
• 3–5+ years in team leadership or senior technical management.
• Experience in regulated industries (financial services, insurance, healthcare).
• Familiarity with ITIL-based service management and contract oversight.

Responsibilities

• Develop a multi-year AV/collaboration roadmap aligned with IT and business strategies.
• Oversee end-to-end AV platform operations with high availability and performance.
• Governance: configuration management, change control, and documentation per ITIL/ITSM.
• Lead vendor management, contracts, SLAs, and performance reviews.
• Partner with Real Estate, Facilities, and Workplace Technology to integrate AV standards.
• Drive automation for monitoring and incident response (PowerShell, Python).
• Ensure secure, compliant integration with networks and QoS for AV traffic.
• Champion intuitive AV experiences for executive meetings and remote participants.
• Provide analytics-based insights via Vyopta, Teams Admin Center, and Zoom dashboards.
