Qualifications

• Associate's degree or technical certification in Electronics, AV Technology, IT, or related field.
• Five (5) years of progressive experience in AV systems installation, programming, and support.
• Demonstrated experience with advanced AV control system programming (Crestron SIMPL+/C# or equivalent).
• Demonstrated experience with DSP configuration and tuning (BIAMP Tesira, Shure, QSC).
• Experience leading AV installation teams and coordinating multi-trade projects.
• Experience with enterprise UC platforms deployment (Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Cisco).
• Experience with Dante/AES67 networked audio.

Responsibilities

• Lead highly complex AV installations, directing Technician 1 and 2 staff.
• Perform final system commissioning including testing, calibration, and user sign-off.
• Configure and program AV control systems and DSPs for multi-room environments.
• Coordinate with contractors and architects; ensure QA and documentation delivery.
• Provide Tier 3 troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for AV issues.
• Travel to remote facilities to support events and installations.
