Job summary

You will drive modernization with AI-enabled tools, govern an enterprise Help Desk, and elevate executive support for senior leaders across the organization.

Your responsibilities include building proactive, KPI‑driven teams, expanding conference room AV capabilities, and partnering with security and mobility teams to ensure Zero Trust

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred in a relevant discipline.
• ITIL Foundation certification required; Practitioner or higher preferred.
• MD-102/MS-700 Microsoft certifications welcomed.
• Moveworks certification beneficial.
• Strategic thinking and structured, metrics‑driven delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Help Desk governance and AI‑driven service modernization.
• Transform Executive Support into proactive, white‑glove service.
• Own Conference Room Strategy and AV technologies under ETS.
• Define unified service performance dashboards across domains.
• Engage executives and cross‑functional teams to align on workplace technology goals.
