SoHo Dragon is seeking an Audio-Visual Support Concierge Team Lead to manage day-to-day operations of the AV team in New York City. The role combines advanced AV expertise with people leadership, ensuring conference room technologies and live events run smoothly while delivering exceptional service.

The position requires 100% on-site work in the office, with responsibilities spanning team leadership, AV operations, and strategic partnership with stakeholders to enhance workplace experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting enterprise AV technologies and collaboration platforms.
• 2+ years leading technical support teams, operations teams, or service delivery functions.
• Experience supporting executive leadership, high-profile meetings, and live events.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop AV Support Concierge team members.
• Establish team priorities, assign workloads, and ensure resource coverage.
• Oversee daily health checks of conference rooms and collaboration technologies.
• Coordinate pre-meeting AV checks for high-profile events.
• Troubleshoot, upgrade, and replace AV hardware with minimal disruption.
• Maintain AV platforms and devices across Crestron, Poly, Cisco, Zoom, Teams, Meet and Webex.
• Coordinate with vendors and partners to resolve issues.
• Produce operational reporting and service insights.
