The candidate will lead, mentor, and develop the team, ensuring readiness for executive meetings, client presentations, and high-profile events, while maintaining strong stakeholder collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting enterprise AV technologies and collaboration platforms.
• 2+ years leading technical support teams, operations teams, or service delivery functions.
• Preferred: CTS, CTS-I, CTS-D, or Microsoft Teams Rooms Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor AV Support Concierge team members with coaching, feedback, and performance management.
• Plan workloads, priorities, and resource coverage for meetings and events; manage SLA compliance.
• Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues and maintain operational standards.
