Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking an AV Operations Lead to manage day-to-day audiovisual, conferencing, and event technology across conference rooms, spaces, and production environments. You will be the primary operational lead, ensuring spaces are maintained and supported while delivering a high-quality experience for partners and stakeholders.

The role requires hands-on support for conference room tech, coordinating AV resources, and serving as a trusted advisor for meeting and event technology needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience supporting audiovisual systems, conference room technology, or related environments.
• Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms and Teams platforms.
• Experience supporting corporate meetings, conferences, town halls, or hybrid events.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical readiness for in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.
• Lead daily operations for conference room AV and event technology services.
• Provide hands-on support for Teams Rooms, connectivity, and collaboration tools.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and escalations to ensure timely resolutions.
• Partner with event planners and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver reliable tech.
