• Manage all aspects of providing audiovisual services to a facility.
• Organize, quote, and price large multi-function AV productions; know union/contract staff usage.
• Provide excellent customer service and interact with end users.
• Use Microsoft Office and the equipment reservation system to support operations.
• Collaborate with Sales Director and Regional Property Director to improve profitability.
