Advanced Systems Group LLC is seeking an Audio & Visual Technical Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team behind high-impact events and executive meetings at the Client’s headquarters in Menlo Park, CA. This onsite role requires coordinating staff, maintaining AV systems, and ensuring flawless event execution.

You will oversee setup, operation, and teardown of microphones, displays, projectors, and conferencing tools, while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with vendors for optimal

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in AV technical operations and team or vendor management.
• Experience delivering live corporate events with end-to-end AV from setup to live troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of video, audio, intercom, and streaming systems.
• Familiarity with AV-over-IP, Dante, NDI; remote/hybrid meeting support a plus.
• Certifications such as AVIXA CTS, Dante, or Crestron are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise on-site and remote AV staff and contractors.
• Maintain and test AV equipment in event spaces and conference rooms.
• Archive documentation and improve AV workflows and SOPs.
• Provide end-to-end event support from pre-event to teardown.
