Job summary

Summit Integrated Systems, Inc. seeks a results-driven Project Manager to oversee installation projects from kickoff to completion.

You will be the primary contact between clients, internal teams, general contractors, and project partners to keep scopes on schedule, within budget, and aligned with expectations. You will coordinate planning, scheduling, budgets, risk management, and cross-functional execution with engineering, assembly, installation, and sales teams, travel to project sites as

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in PM, Business, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience in technical, installation, or AVL environments.
• 3+ years in the House of Worship industry.
• OSHA-10 certification (provided by Summit).
• Willingness to travel to project sites, including out-of-state.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage installation projects from kickoff through completion, meeting scope, schedule, and budget.
• Serve as primary point of contact between clients, Summit teams, contractors, architects, and partners.
• Develop and maintain schedules, work plans, and budgets.
• Coordinate with engineering, assembly, installation, sales, and other teams to keep projects moving.
• Identify risks and resolve issues, including changes or site conditions.
• Oversee external contractors and ensure alignment on scope and deliverables.
• Support closeout and continuous improvement of PM processes.
