Job summary

Bluum is seeking a Technical Resource Manager to oversee daily installation and commissioning operations across internal and external teams in the San Antonio area. The role drives project delivery per specifications, serving as the main contact for installation questions and the decision-maker for local field engineering.

The manager will mentor staff, manage timesheets and expenses, and enforce Bluum quality standards while fostering a positive departmental culture.

Qualifications

Must have supervisory experience; strong leadership and coaching skills.
Extensive background in audio-visual installation and field engineering.
Experience with safety programs and compliance in field environments.
Proven ability to read blueprints, interpret drawings, and guide field teams.

Responsibilities

Oversee installation teams, fabrication teams, field engineers and other technical staff.
Lead performance reviews, coaching, and employee development.
Ensure safety standards and quarterly quality control inspections with subcontractors.
Coordinate with Project Managers and GC on site construction communications.
Maintain installation fleet and ensure availability of tools and materials.
