Job summary

Bluum in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Senior Project Manager – Systems Integration to lead the project from purchase order through completion. You will guide a team, coordinate with clients and internal staff, and ensure installations meet scope, timing, and quality requirements.

Responsibilities include coaching project managers, removing roadblocks, managing change orders, and ensuring accurate project billing and reporting. On-site role with a strong emphasis on collaboration and process improvement.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the Project and manage Systems Integration projects from PO to completion
• Coach project managers and remove roadblocks to ensure effective work
• Coordinate installation logistics and site visits
• Facilitate customer change orders and communicate with internal/external stakeholders
• Ensure project billing information and status updates are accurate
• Review completed projects for accuracy and customer satisfaction
• Maintain performance metrics and conduct 1:1 meetings and annual reviews
