Qualifications

• Experience leading Systems Integration projects from initiation to completion.
• Ability to coach and develop project managers and teams.
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship management.
• Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret installation blueprints and technical docs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for reporting and docs.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the project and manage Systems Integration projects from PO to completion.
• Coaching project managers, removing roadblocks, and driving proactive communication.
• Coordinate site visits, verify scope, equipment readiness, and installation readiness.
• Facilitate change orders, billing updates, and client/customer communications.
• Conduct bi-weekly 1:1 meetings and annual reviews with staff; manage PTO and timesheets.
• Review completed projects for accuracy and customer satisfaction; ensure project signoff.
• Support sales and management with information on project status and opportunities.
