Job summary

FORTÉ, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to travel to customer sites across Florida to install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair integrated AV systems. You will diagnose issues, perform routine maintenance and provide hands-on training to clients to ensure smooth operation.

Ideal candidates have experience with AV service, strong communication, ability to learn new technologies, and willingness to travel. CTS certification is preferred but not required with the right experience.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing or installing AV systems.
• Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and troubleshooting.
• CTS certification preferred but not required with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve issues with AV systems and troubleshoot connectivity.
• Provide technical support and training to clients on AV equipment operation.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of AV systems for reliability.
• Assist in documenting service procedures and activities.
