Job summary

FORTÉ is seeking a Field Service Technician to travel to customer sites for scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of integrated AV systems. You will diagnose issues, provide technical support, and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

The role requires strong technical aptitude, experience with AV systems, and the ability to load/modify DSP files. Travel to client sites is expected; CTS certification is preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with service or installation of AV systems.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies.
• Ability to load and modify code and DSP files.
• Self-directed with a customer-centric mindset.
• Excellent communication and service orientation.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.
• CTS Certification preferred; other industry certifications are a plus.
