Job summary

Revel Media Group is seeking an experienced Field Engineer II to lead field operations for complex commercial AV projects. You will be the technical spearhead, installing, configuring, and troubleshooting advanced AV systems while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with internal teams.

The role requires 5+ years in AV field work, strong networking knowledge (CTS, Q-SYS, Crestron), and physical readiness to work at client sites and on construction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AV field installation, commissioning, or technical systems experience in commercial environments.
• Strong networking knowledge and CTS, Q-SYS (Level 0/1), Crestron, IPTV/Com3000, Motion Rocket, HDMI/HDBaseT distribution.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in construction/client sites.
• Proven ability to train and lead others.

Responsibilities

• Own on-site execution of advanced commercial AV projects.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot complex systems.
• Mentor field personnel and lead installation teams.
