Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. seeks an experienced AV professional to configure, ready, and troubleshoot software and network-based product solutions in lab and field settings.

You will support system wiring verification, commissioning, and end-user training, applying knowledge of Crestron, QSC QSYS, BIAMP, Extron, and Barco to ensure reliable, scalable configurations for client projects. Strong networking skills and proactive communication are essential as you guide junior specialists and document

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AV installation, commissioning and service.
• CTS/CTS-I and CQT preferred.
• Knowledge of Crestron, QSC QSYS, BIAMP, Extron, Barco.
• Experience with AV industry software platforms; programming experience a plus.
• Strong networking skills and proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Configure manufacturer applications, interfaces, and products per client requirements.
• Develop configuration requirements and documents for manufacturer applications and products.
• Support patch releases and system firmware upgrades.
• Plan and execute configuration tasks in lab and field.
• Verify wiring connectivity and terminations in lab and field.
• Analyze and resolve configuration issues promptly.
• Load and test pre-built control programs, touch panels, and DSP builds.
