Job summary

Pinnacle Live is seeking a Senior Sales Manager in Atlanta to lead hotel sales, drive revenue through large-scale production projects, and own SOWs and contracts for leads. You will manage the Catalyst Sales Process, prequalify prospects, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional event experiences.

The role emphasizes relationship building, pricing negotiations, and timely contract execution while representing Pinnacle Live at site visits and pre-conference meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Three years minimum in a customer service-facing role.
• Two years minimum in hospitality sales leadership.
• CRM proficiency with ability to generate insights into sales activity and progress.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a sales SME and ambassador for the designated hotel sales team.
• Generate and revise scope of work, quotes, proposals, and contracts for hotel leads needing AV products/services.
• Follow the Catalyst Sales Process including prequalification, quotes, contract confirmations, pricing and service negotiations, and follow-up.
• Develop and drive an individual sales strategy with funnel and activity reporting.
• Represent Pinnacle Live and hotel during site visits, planning meetings, and pre/post-con events.
