Job summary

The Senior Sales Manager at Pinnacle Live leads the hotel sales efforts, generating SOWs and contracts for assigned properties. This front-line role participates in the Catalyst Sales Process to qualify leads, develop proposals, and close production-based opportunities.

You will collaborate with In-Venue Sales, manage CRM data, and deliver Gold Standard experiences from outreach through post-event follow-up. A hospitality sales leadership background and CRM proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years in a customer service facing role.
• Minimum of two (2) years in a hospitality sales leadership role.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms, ability to generate high-quality insights into sales activity and progress.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a sales subject matter expert and ambassador for the designated hotel sales team.
• Generate and revise scope of work, quotes, proposals, and contracts based on hotel leads’ needs.
• Follow the Catalyst Sales Process for prequalification, quote generation, and contract confirmations.
